Lily Thai massage

Normally I don’t write reviews, good or bad, I usually just let it go most times. However, I felt like I needed to go out my way to warn others on this one. Oh dear…where do I start, firstly, answering calls with other customers whilst you’re massaging a customer and then getting into a dispute with them is not how you handle a situation. The very definition of unprofessional. The environment isn’t exactly pleasant but massaging someone’s head whilst scratching them, isn’t very relaxing. So quite important to cut your nails. Spending half the time doing one type of massage because it’s easy isn’t a good impression either. Especially after you refused to listen which parts of my body troubled me most. Another ones is to keep telling me you’re tired. If you’re tired, don’t take on a client. It’s not fair on them. It’s also not fair charging £50 for an hour then only providing a 40 minute service. I thought that was disgustingly unprofessional. I would have said something but after what I experienced, I just wanted to get the hell out of there. In a nutshell, very little care for the customer, masseuse is more worried about getting as many clients in to make as much money as possible during a day. The actual massage was rushed, not very relaxing and didn’t pin-point the troubled areas. Had the masseuse gained the humility to listen, she would have at least got that right but unfortunately not. If you want to spend £50 and be pissed off after, give this lady a ring. You won’t regret it.
